Resonance is a breathing-training and inner-state-mastery app. It is designed to fully respect your privacy: it collects, transmits, and shares no personal data.
Everything you generate while using the app — your progress through the program, the sessions you practice, breath-hold times, any pulse readings you enter, and your settings — is stored on your device only. It never leaves your phone and is never sent to any server.
The app requires no account. It uses no analytics, no advertising trackers, no third-party cookies, and displays no ads.
No data is sold, rented, or disclosed to third parties, for the simple reason that no data is ever collected.
You can erase all of your data at any time from the app's settings (“Reset”), or by uninstalling the app.
If you enable the daily reminder, a local notification is scheduled on your device. No information is sent anywhere: the notification is handled entirely on your phone.
