Hey, I’m Wesley!

If you want more content and context about who I am, what I do, and WHY I do it. Take a look at this video interview I did with some amazing friends!

This is here for two reasons. Because I like to talk, and am known for some long-winded responses and musing philosophy. And because the practical utility of a website does not condone this type of real conversational quality well, and I want there to be an opportunity placed here for that connection of personhood to come through.

Here’s to workin’ with what we’ve got!

Wesley is the founder of Resonance Breathwork, a body-centered psychotherapeutic practice for expansiveness and radical self acceptance.

With over five years of experience curating and leading thematic workshops, hosting immersive plant medicine retreats and offering private breathwork coaching sessions. Wesley’s work blends somatic exercises, mindfulness, live music, and breathing techniques, creating spaces for emotional exploration and resilience. Also an avid wilderness activity guide, and working to bridge these worlds over the next few years.

Passionate and exuberant, Wesley is committed to feeding his insatiable curiosity in service to uplift humanity and believes wholeheartedly in the power of vulnerable connection and experiences of awe to foster holistic and harmonious balance in life.

Guiding Ethos:

  1. Everyone/thing has a spirit or living essence (respect in observation)

  2. What we care for cares for us (reciprocation)

  3. The more we sense - the more makes sense (feeling = understanding)

  4. Have less - Be more (tread lightly = vitality)

  5. Trust your instincts (mood follows action)

  6. Leave it better than you found it (ethical / spiritual / practical hygiene)

  7. Gratitude is an infinite resource (humility = awe)
